Our Advising Services

Workplace flexibility has a supply and demand problem -- the majority of workers want it, yet many companies still operate very low on the flexibility continuum (defining yourself as flexible because you offer flex time is like defining yourself as technically advanced because you have a fax machine). Creating a flexible workplace means changing attitudes, policies, and processes.  We offer several services to help with this transition:

  • Work Smart Assessment – Is your approach to WORK sustainable? Is it meeting the demands of your organization, the changing workforce and your community?  This assessment is a great starting point for companies to get a snap-shot of their organization’s flexibility needs and identify opportunities for cutting costs and increasing productivity, morale, and loyalty!

Our Talent Bridge program connects employers to an under-tapped pool of experienced part-time professionals in the Raleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill area, building a bridge between employers and professionals who are currently not finding each other.
