Balancing Professionals Presents HRCI Accredited Workshops to Human Resource Managers

Raleigh, NC (October 27, 2009) - Throughout the summer and fall months of 2009, Balancing Professionals had the opportunity to present their workshop, “Workplace Flexibility:  A Sustainable and Economic Strategy” to several North Carolina human resource management organizations. Balancing Professionals was able to collaborate with organizations in Raleigh, Greensboro, Cabarrus County, and Alamance County to bring this HRCI approved workshop to organization members who received 3 hours of HRCI strategic credit for attending.  The workshop addressed the use of flexibility as a business strategy to deal with tough economic times, focusing on  the benefits of a truly flexible workplace to help not only the bottom line, but also employees’ engagement, productivity and job satisfaction, the community and the environment.
